Each client receives a comparable market analysis and custom price opinion.

We enter the market at the right sales price from day one.

Days on market is an important predictor to ultimate sales price. Each week we are on market the likelihood of getting the highest purchase price reduces. Our goal is to prepare our clients to yield top dollar and do it with minimal intrusion.

MONTHLY MARKET REPORTS

As long as our client’s are on market they are receiving market reports at least monthly. These include:

  • average days on market

  • if prices are increasing or decreasing

  • percentage of increase or decrease compare to last sale

  • much more valuable market information including but not limited to number of total properties on market listed as actives, in contingents or pendings, and solds.

FOR SALE SIGN

We put up for sale signs (unless you as a client tell us not to).

Our photos are featured by some of the most competitve outlets, and we include these for sellers.

EASY ACCESS

We provide a local area SUPRA lockbox

SUPRA lockboxes are able to be opened only by licensed agents of the local area’s board.

We also offer clients a pre-coded SUPRA. This way nobody, not even another realtor, can access the lockbox unless they are specifically provided a code.

These days there is so much information vying for our attention. The best way to market a property is still through MLS, the multiple listing service which each realtor accesses. Potential buyers also view MLS through partnerships with Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, and so forth.

As a member of the Real Estate Association, each property our team lists is immediately available on MLS.

Networking with our investor and relocation community tends to be the 2nd best marketing plan for our clients.
