Hi my name is Lea Wiviott Boracchia, I’m the managing broker and founder of Wealth Partners Real Estate. I have a uniquely advantageous real estate background that has served thousands of clients really well.

I come from a long-line of realtors with extraordinary grit and track-record. I’m also a licensed broker, enabling me to run my own real estate firm and I am the only woman with a closely held and founded registered investment advisory and real estate brokerage.

I’m happy to be a resident of Greater Palm Springs. My family and I have spent years getting to know the area for real estate purposes, celebrating countless weddings here even when we didn’t live here, and are raising our children here. I’m also a long-time philanthropist and very involved in the community here as I always have been where I grew up in San Francisco Bay Area.

I grew up in real estate, where my Mom as a single parent, would drive around with me looking at properties. She’s a many decades luxury realtor who also is here in the desert. I’m actually a third generation realtor, now broker and earned my real estate license in 2018 after attaining all my financial planning licenses. (I have my series 6, 63, and 65 investment, as well as life, health, property and casualty insurance licenses. In addition I also hold my NMLS license for lending which makes me more credentialed than anyone else I know of).

In addition, I’m the great granddaughter of a large developer who came here as an immigrant from Eastern Europe with nothing. His legacy was built through real estate and I love the fact I can achieve what is impossible to many through real estate, like generations before me. We create legacies for all our clients irrespective of their background just how we want to be treated too always. It’s part of why we love our uniquely special place in the desert.

Why the Desert?

Studies show that people who are active live longer, and also that we should be close to our parents, if we can for family reasons but also to help ensure wealth transfers are accomplished appropriately. Especially Mom is important (no offense Dads, you are too I’m just citing google articles ;)). Here in the desert kids grow up with their families around, grandparents, etc. It creates a very strong community engrained in values that I’m proud to represent.

I also represent buyers in other locales in California such as the San Francisco Bay Area where I was raised, Los Angeles where my husband and went to college, and all throughout Southern California such as Lake Arrowhead, Joshua Tree, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County where we have also spent much extended time, and continue to investigate for opportunities.

They even created an organization for me to lead at in State Farm and I have been tapped to coach others at our local Business Center and additional large companies in sales, work, family, balance, financial planning, business strategies, mentor other realtors, business owners, and more. I together with my team do whatever it takes on the selling, buying or rental side as well to achieve the absolute best client outcomes.

I’ve done this twice in San Francisco and now in Greater Palm Springs where I knew no one when I moved here except my Uncle who was always traveling and barely got to see him.
